S.Transparency Initiative is a U.S.-based independent reporting platform. We exist to help people document and report unfair treatment, financial abuse, wage theft, hidden charges, manipulation, fraud, exploitation, and misconduct across different areas of life and work.

We are not a law enforcement agency. We are not a law firm. We are a place where people can speak up safely — anonymously or with their name — and have their case recorded with a permanent Case ID.

Who we serve

Truck drivers and owner-operators facing stolen money from loads, unpaid miles, and dispatcher abuse. Workers facing unpaid wages, illegal deductions, harassment, or unsafe conditions. People dealing with hidden charges, contract abuse, or service manipulation from medical, veterinary, legal, and other professional services. Veterans and people with disabilities facing accessibility barriers, denied support, or neglect. And anyone, in any life situation, who feels alone, exploited, ignored, or afraid to speak.
